Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing ships, so there is nothing to send back.

THE POLICY

Full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked, and you keep the files.

If a guide is not what you expected, or is not useful to you, email info@pdfguidepress.net from the address you used at checkout. That is the whole process. There is no form, and you do not have to explain.

HOW IT WORKS

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within two business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another three to five days to show it.

If you bought the bundle and also took an offer after checkout, both are covered.

WHY YOU KEEP THE FILES

Because we cannot take them back, and pretending otherwise would be theatre. Once a PDF is downloaded, it is yours. We would rather say that plainly than write a policy that cannot be enforced.

BEFORE YOU FILE A CHARGEBACK

Please email first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refund. An email takes a day and costs nothing. We are not going to argue with you about it.

BUYING FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

The same 30-day policy applies everywhere we sell. In the EU and UK, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Our policy gives you longer and asks for less.
